Edutech KM designed and developed an induction programme for new sales and customer service staff. To fit with the team culture, we used a cartoonist to bring an extra element of fun to the training.
The criteria was to train firefighters in the evacuation of residents from care facilities, in light of the tragic Quakers Hill nursing home fire. Videos were taken to demonstrate best practice for evacuating bedridden residents.
Edutech KM developed a series of e-learning modules in 'show me', 'try me' and 'test me' formats to train staff in a new insurance platform. Staff loved the clean/simple look and feel and clear and concise captions.
LINZ wanted to replace expensive classroom training with a more agile, cost-effective approach. We designed a full solution for the survey team, including a new competency framework and blended resources.
