We have all been wowed at workshops to go back to our desks and fail to implement any of what was covered, certainly in the longer term. At Edutech KM, our focus is sustainable improvement. We support trainees to implement their learning through work-based assignments, access to ongoing resources, DVDs, discussion forums and follow-up webinars, and will arrange coaching where applicable.
