Sarah has 15 years experience in delivering performance improvement and innovative training solutions.Her passion is to work with organisations to identify and provide the most effective training to ensure staff can make a difference. Sarah has worked as an Operational Health Physicist in the UK Nuclear Industry, as a secondary school teacher and has several years' experience in industry training. She holds an honours degree in physics and a post-graduate certifcate in education. She is experienced in instructional design, technical writing, training needs analysis, information mapping, project management and facilitation. |
Heather is an experienced teacher and holds a Teachers College Diploma of Distinction. She is currently following a course of extramural study to gain a BA in Education. Heather has worked as a newspaper journalist and editor. She has several years experience as a technical writer and instructional designer and often develops resources to fulfill the criteria of national standards. She brings enormous creativity to our educational resources, from workshop activities to e-learning packages. Heather has been actively involved in many community groups which utilise her skills in interviewing, research, liaison, publishing, public speaking and web design - to name but a few. |

Neil is an education consultant and advisor. He has joined Edutech KM Ltd this year to further enhance the educational perspective of our services, particularly in the areas of learning styles and NZQA compliance. He brings with him a wealth of experience in adult education, course delivery, individual tuition and consultancy. His business interests include a diverse range from education management through to supporting learning difficulties. Neil is highly interested in the convergence of technology and education and its effect on learners. He has held both management and advisory positions in the public and private education sectors. |

Amanda is the Administration Manager for Edutech KM Limited. She enjoys being at the hub of the business, keeping her finger on the pulse and making sure everything is ticking over smoothly. Amanda has many years’ experience in Customer Service and Administration across a variety of fields including Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Local Government and Education. She has always had a passion for many forms of education but as she says, having two amazing children brings this to the fore. SheI enjoys making a difference to the lives of others and looks forward to working with you. |

Julia bridges the gap where human potential meets organisational performance. Her strong business acumen and ability to lead and be persuasive of change ensures training outcomes are adopted and result in sustained improvements. Julia has a background in leadership, business improvement and sales management. She has worked across a range of industries including manufacturing, distribution and training and development. Her formal education included a Post Graduate Diploma in International Sales and Marketing, a BA in Chinese Language, and she is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse. Essentially Julia is people focused and driven by challenge. |
Carolyn has had 25 years' experience in teaching adults and has also trained English language teachers for the last 18 years. She has taught in the UK, Algeria, China, Brazil, Paraguay, New Caledonia and Ecuador, working with a very wide range of learners - from students with low literacy levels through to university lecturers and scientists.She has written five educational textbooks for adult learners, as well as distance teacher training materials, and is well known in the ESOL industry in New Zealand and overseas. She is currently completing a part-time, online Graduate Diploma in Publishing. Carolyn's wide-ranging experience in writing, in training and in education enables her to devise interactive, multi-media materials for learners at varying levels of literacy and subject knowledge. |

Sky has extensive experience in the Information Technology industry and has worked on projects with several multinational companies overseas and many New Zealand corporates in the banking, finance, agricultural and electricity industries. In addition to being an experienced software designer and technical writer, Sky is a qualified practitioner of natural health, runs a tourism business and is a volunteer counsellor with a Christchurch counselling agency. Sky is particularly interested in document and web-site ergonomics and is a Director of epiText Ltd., a document production organisation.

Shaun has 10 years experience in designing e-learning solutions. Before moving to NZ he spent 7 years working for Complinet (Now Accelus-Thomson Reuters), an e-learning company in the UK. He is an advanced user of the e-learning development tool Lectora, and has skills in SCORM integration, Photoshop, Flash and other various Adobe products.Shaun provides quick turn round times and brings a willing and flexible approach to his work to meet customer requirements wherever possible. |
