Assessment - Overview There is no point in making a candidate do an assessment, either online or written, unless the assessment is going to result in a positive change of some sort. That could be:

A robust system for the collection of training and assessment data allows supervisors and management to quickly adapt workflow or shift staffing to meet the unexpected. That employee needed to hold the correct certificates if they were expected to operate skilled machinery.
